Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.


Shipping And Handling We have a standard charge of £6.00 for UK deliveries and £10.00 to those in the EU. Items will be sent securely and a signature will be needed on delivery. If you require postage to countries outside of the EU or the UK please contact the studio by telephone or email over the phone so we can advise you of the relevant postage costs. We are then able to handle your order manually and take payment over the phone securely.

We are not responsible for any taxes you may have to pay upon receiving goods outside of the EU.


Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 1-3 business days unless out of stock. International orders are generally received in under 7 working days.


Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.


Tax Charges All orders are currently VAT free.


Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Privacy Policy Poppy Rocks do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Returns Policy We would like you to be 100% happy with your purchase but if you feel otherwise you have 7 days from receipt of the item to return it. Please call the office on 01403 752363 to obtain a returns number and then securely post back the item back to the studio. We cannot be acceptable for jewellery that is not returned by special delivery to our studio. You must include a copy of your receipt and a telephone number and address. In receipt of the jewellery we shall then be able to credit back your purchase. If returns are made after 7 days of purchase we shall only be able to issue you with a credit note for the amount spent. Returned credit or credit notes shall only be made in the amount of the purchase less the cost of posting. We are unable to accept any items purchased from other retail outlets other than our website.
