If you require a repair please email studio@poppyrocksshop.com with a detailed repair request, description of item(s) purchased and your full contact details including name, address and telephone number.
Repairs for item(s) purchased on Poppy Rocks web shop after 60 days from date of purchase will be charged a repair fee depending on the amount of repair work required. Each repair will be assessed individually. You will be responsible for all delivery costs and insurance to and from our repair facility if 60 days has expired since your purchase.
If we feel an item has been deliberately damaged or has broken due to external reasons we remain within our rights to refuse the repair, or you can pay the cost of the required repair as quoted at that time.
