When you place an order you are requesting to purchase a product and will be subject to the following terms and conditions.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Poppy Rocks that we have accepted your order at the price quoted.
No contract will exist between you and Poppy Rocks for the sale of any product unless and until Poppy Rocks has accepted your order with confirmation that it has been dispatched. Our confirmation and acceptance of the of your order and dispatch will be sent by email and the payment will be taken from your card. At this time there will exist a legally binding contract between us.
Prices are set out on our website and are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs are additional as clearly stipulated under ‘Delivery’
